MANSFIELD, OH – Teresa Watkins of Mansfield is the winner of $300,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $5 scratch-off, Special Edition Cashword #697. She will receive approximately $216,000 after federal and state tax withholdings.
Her ticket was purchased at Joe and Mary’s Market and Deli at 162 Sturges Road in Mansfield. The store will receive a $3,000 sales bonus.
According to lottery officials, “as of July 5, the Ohio Lottery has two top prizes remaining in Special Edition Cashword #697. Teresa beat odds of 1 in 1.67 million to win.”
