CINCINNATI, OHIO – Samuel Hill of Cincinnati won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Celebration.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hill will receive $36,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Queens Gate Marathon located at 811 W 8th St in Cincinnati.
