Washington, D.C.—Two individuals were shot Monday night in Northwest D.C., according to the D.C. Metro Police Department.
Around 11:25 p.m., officers responded to a hospital where two shooting victims, a man and a woman had arrived. Both victims were reported to be breathing, but the male victim was unconscious. The shooting occurred at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Morton Street.
Homicide detectives have been requested to investigate the male victim’s case despite him still being alive.
