STATE LINE, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket sold in Franklin County matched all five balls in the July 25 drawing to win a $400,000 jackpot.

The winning ticket, purchased at Earl’s Market Inc., located at 15755 Pennsylvania Avenue, matched the numbers 7-15-19-24-31. Earl’s Market Inc. will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Winners are only identified after prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. The main Cash 5 game prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date, while Quick Cash game prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. Jackpot winners should contact the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for further instructions.

Additionally, more than 13,500 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets won prizes in the drawing. Players are advised to check every ticket and claim lower-tier prizes at a Lottery retailer.
