The ticket is valued at $19,695.
TAKE 5 numbers are selected from a pool ranging from one to 39, with drawings broadcasted twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize from the New York Lottery.
