Two Arrested for Narcotics Distribution in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Authorities have arrested two individuals in Northwest D.C. for illegal narcotics distribution, following reports of suspicious activity from local residents.

On Wednesday, at approximately 12:18 p.m., members of the Violent Crime Suppression Division and Fourth District made the arrests in the 1300 block of Perry Place. Senetra Ann Partee, 55, of Northwest, and Wilber Gilbert Carpenter III, 56, of no fixed address, were charged with the distribution of crack cocaine. Carpenter also faces an additional charge of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
