The winning ticket was purchased at GIANT Food Stores, located at 275 Pauline Drive in York Township. As a result, the retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

The Pennsylvania Lottery advises that winners can only be identified after prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. The main Cash 5 game prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date, and any Quick Cash prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. Those holding the jackpot-winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket are encouraged to contact the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for further instructions.

In addition to the jackpot winner, more than 8,400 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets won prizes in the August 18 drawing. Players are urged to check their tickets carefully and claim any lower-tier prizes at a Lottery retailer.
