BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department has identified a woman found dead in Brooklyn on Friday as Marie Lydia Ramos, 46.
Police responded to a 911 call at approximately 5:23 p.m. in the vicinity of Hyland Avenue and Vermont Place, within the 75th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ramos unconscious and unresponsive. Emergency Medical Services pronounced her dead at the scene.
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
