The winning ticket was sold at Fast Break Food Store, located at 1066 Merrick Avenue in North Merrick.
TAKE 5 draws numbers from a field of one through 39, with drawings held daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Lottery prizes can be claimed for up to one year from the date of the drawing.
