Delaware State Police Identify Victim in Felton Fatal Crash

Felton, DE – Delaware State Police have identified David McAdams, 56, from Felton, Delaware, as the victim who died in a fatal crash on September 20 in Felton.

The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the incident. Authorities urge anyone who witnessed the collision to contact Master Corporal J.
