Dover, DE – Delaware State Police have identified 28-year-old Cassidy Ramsey of Dover as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday in Dover.

The accident, which took place on September 27, is under ongoing investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Authorities are seeking any witnesses to the incident or individuals with further information to assist in the investigation.
