CLEVELAND, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player won $20,000 after playing the VIP Millions scratch-off ticket purchased in Cleveland.
The winning ticket was bought at Airport Convenience, located at 4695 Rocky River Dr. After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, the winner will receive approximately $14,400.
VIP Millions is a $50 scratch-off game featuring a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of February 14, 45 top prizes remain available.
The Ohio Lottery continues to generate billions in funding for education programs across the state.
