14-year-old girl disappears in Northeast D.C., last seen on March 6

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 14-year-old girl has been reported missing after she was last seen in Northeast D.C., and police are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Jaala Amina Barber was last spotted around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, in the 3500 block of Jay Street NE. The Metropolitan Police Department was notified of her disappearance on Tuesday, March 11.

She is described as a Black female, 5’0” tall, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black coat, jean jacket, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
