$50K Lottery win on Ohio Scratch Off Ticket

SOUTH EUCLID, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has won $50,000 after purchasing a Billion scratch-off ticket at Quick Shop Food Mart in South Euclid.

The winner, who bought the ticket at 4263 Monticello Blvd, will take home approximately $36,000 after state and federal taxes totaling 28%.

Billion is a $50 scratch-off game offering a top prize of $1 million per year for 20 years. As of March 20, three top prizes remain unclaimed.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed over $33 billion to education across the state.
