Baltimore police search for missing 23-year-old last seen on Pelham Avenue
Baltimore, MD – Police are asking for the public’s help locating 23-year-old Keesha Lochard, who was last seen Monday morning in Northeast Baltimore.
Lochard was reported missing after she was last spotted around 9:39 a.m. in the 3000 block of Pelham Avenue. At the time, she was wearing a green Encore Dance Academy hoodie and black basketball shorts.
She is described as being approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds. A photo released by police shows her wearing the distinctive hoodie referenced in the alert.
The Baltimore Police Department’s Missing Person Unit is leading the search and urges anyone with information on Lochard’s whereabouts to call 443-984-7385 or dial 911 immediately.
