DUNDALK, MD – Baltimore County Police are searching for a 17-year-old boy who vanished Friday morning, and they are asking for the public’s help to locate him.

Xoewell Parker was last seen around 11 a.m. on October 24 in the Dundalk area.

He was wearing a black shirt, black Under Armour sweatpants, black and gold shoes, and carrying an army green backpack.
