Buncombe County deputies seek suspect in gas station break-in on Sweeten Creek Road
Asheville, NC – Detectives with the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a breaking and entering incident at a Shell gas station in the southern part of the county.
The incident occurred on October 27 at the Shell station located at 4012 Sweeten Creek Road. Authorities say the individual captured in surveillance photos is believed to be involved in both the break-in and a theft that occurred during the same event.

Investigators have released images of the suspect and are encouraging anyone who may recognize the person or who may have relevant information to come forward. The case remains active as detectives continue reviewing leads and evidence.
