Car crashes into Warren office building after driver veers off roadway

WARREN, N.J. – A 70-year-old driver struck the front of a commercial building on Mountain Boulevard after losing control of her vehicle, police said.

The crash happened when the driver was entering the complex at 34 Mountain Blvd., authorities reported.

Emergency crews and township inspectors responded to assess the damage.

Driver cited after crash causes minor damage

According to Warren Township Police, Yulin Han was attempting to enter the parking area when her car veered off the roadway and collided with the structure. Atlantic EMS21, Warren Township Volunteer Fire Department, and the township building inspector were called to the scene for safety evaluation.

Officials confirmed the building sustained minor structural damage but remained safe for occupancy following inspection.

Vehicle towed, report filed by police

Benham’s Towing removed the vehicle from the property shortly after the incident. Police issued Han an electronic ticket, E-Ticket #3092, for careless driving.

Lt. Ronald Roselli of the Warren Township Police Department said a formal report was filed documenting the incident and response actions.
