Officers were called to the 200 block of South Wheatland Avenue around 6:26 p.m. on December 5 after reports of gunfire. Responding units found Frazier suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to a hospital, where she died of her injuries five days later, on December 10.

Authorities previously arrested a 14-year-old juvenile on December 14, charging the teen in connection with Frazier’s death.

Police have not released further details about how Seymour was involved but said the investigation remains ongoing.
