COLUMBUS, OH – A husband and wife were found dead Tuesday morning after officers conducting a well-being check discovered both victims suffering from gunshot wounds inside a North 4th Street residence, police said.
Officers from the Columbus Division of Police were dispatched around 10:04 a.m. to the 1400 block of N. 4th Street, where they located the bodies of Mr. Spencer Tepe and Mrs. Monique Tepe. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene at 10:11 a.m.
Detectives from the Homicide Unit are leading the investigation and have not released details regarding possible suspects or motives. Police are urging anyone with video, photographs, or other digital evidence from the area between midnight and 9 a.m. on December 30 to assist by submitting material through a secure upload link via QR code.
