Jackson, NJ – A proposal to construct a new office and warehouse complex along Whitesville Road is scheduled for review by the Jackson Township Planning Board next month.

The application, filed by 510 Whitesville, LLC, seeks preliminary and final major site plan approval to develop a three-story, 15,000-square-foot office building and an adjacent 12,750-square-foot warehouse at 510 Whitesville Road. The project site encompasses Block 22401, Lots 7 through 12.

According to planning records, engineering services are being handled by Civil Core Consulting, while attorney Donna M. Jennings of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer is representing the applicant. The application was deemed complete on September 11, 2025, and is scheduled for initial testimony on February 23, 2026.
