Organized theft group linked to crimes across four states charged in Bucks County case
Bensalem, PA – A coordinated investigation spanning multiple states has led to the arrest of three men accused of carrying out a rash of residential burglaries in Bucks County and beyond, authorities announced Wednesday. The suspects are believed to be part of an organized criminal group operating out of New York City and connected to similar crimes across the Northeast.
The investigation began after Bensalem Township Police responded to four burglary-related incidents on January 31 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. in the Neshaminy Valley section. In three cases, suspects attempted to enter homes through rear doors or windows but were unsuccessful due to homeowner intervention or alarm systems. A fourth residence was forcibly entered and burglarized.
Detectives determined all four incidents were connected, using surveillance footage, witness statements, and Automated License Plate Reader data to identify both the vehicles and suspects involved. Authorities also found similarities between these incidents and other burglaries reported in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
Multi-agency effort leads to arrests
The investigation expanded through coordination with multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Detective Division, Rice Township Police in Luzerne County, West Windsor Police in New Jersey, and the NYPD Burglary Unit.

According to Bensalem Police, the case underscores the scope of the alleged criminal enterprise, with charges filed in several municipalities across Pennsylvania. Investigators say the suspects’ activities are consistent with patterns seen in organized burglary operations targeting residential areas across state lines.
