TOMS RIVER, NJ – A video circulated today by Toms River Township and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, created by Valenti Vision Films shows a barren and vacant cross section of Toms River and Seaside Heights.  “I shot this drone video showing Toms River, Seaside Heights and Park as we probably have never seen before. Closed and empty. The Seaside boardwalk footage seems almost unreal. Shot on the Mavic 2 Pro over the past few days,” Valenti Vision Films said.
