Baltimore police found a 56-year-old victim shortly after 5 a.m. Friday
BALTIMORE, MD – Gunfire shattered the early morning along Reisterstown Road Friday, where Baltimore police found a 56-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound before he was rushed to a hospital in stable condition.
Northern District patrol officers were called to the 2700 block of Reisterstown Road at approximately 5:26 a.m. to investigate a reported shooting.
Officers arrived and located the wounded man, according to Baltimore Police.
Medics transported the 56-year-old to an area hospital. Police said he was listed in stable condition.
Authorities did not release the victim’s identity or provide information about where on his body he was wounded.
Police also did not announce information about a suspect, possible motive or circumstances leading up to the shooting.
