NORTH BRADDOCK, Pa. – A man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times during a reported domestic disturbance Saturday morning in North Braddock, according to Allegheny County Police.
County 911 received a report of a physical domestic disturbance near 1428 Ridge Street at approximately 8:23 a.m. Saturday. First responders arrived and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.

- The victim was taken to an area hospital and was listed in stable condition.

Homicide Detectives Called to North Braddock
The Allegheny County Police Department Homicide Unit responded to North Braddock after local authorities requested assistance with the investigation.
Police said the initial call was for a “physical domestic disturbance.” Authorities have not released additional information about what happened before the gunfire or the relationship between the people involved.
The wounded man was transported to an area hospital. Despite suffering multiple gunshot wounds, police said he was in stable condition when the department released its initial update.
The victim’s identity was not released.
Police Ask Witnesses to Come Forward
Detectives were still in the early stages of the investigation Saturday, and police did not announce an arrest or identify a suspected shooter in their initial statement.
Authorities also did not disclose whether a firearm was recovered at the scene or how many shots were fired.
