DAYTON, OHIO – Neal Omelia of Dayton won $10,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Bingo X10.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Neal will receive $7,200.
Neal purchased his winning ticket at Valero Gas Station, located at 201 Valley St. in Dayton.
