Ronnie will receive approximately $36,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. He purchased his winning ticket at Hot Rods Foodmart, located at 1616 Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon.
He beat odds of 1 in 462,500 to win. As of Jan. 11, there are two prizes of $50,000 remaining in Holiday Lucky Times 10, as well as other great prizes.
