The 61-year-old bought his winning $500 Loaded instant ticket at 5th Avenue Liquors located at 508 South Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. For selling a top-prize winning scratch-off, the Anne Arundel County business receives a bonus of $500 from the Lottery. The bonus is equal to 1 percent of the prize.
The $500 Loaded game hit retailers’ shelves in May 2021 and has seen all of its top prizes claimed this week.
