Baltimore Police Make Arrest July 2021 Shooting of 53-year-old Woman

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police have arrested 34-year-old Keith Hicks in the 2300 block of Cylbum Avenue. Hicks was arrested for the shooting that occurred on July 02, 2021 in the 5700 block of Eastern Avenue.

Detectives believe Hicks shot a 53-year-old female victim during a robbery.

On that day, at approximately 4:08 a.m., Southeast District officers’ patrol officers responded to the 5800 block of Eastern Avenue to investigate a shooting.

When officers arrived, officers located a 53-year-old female victim inside the location suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
