NEW YORK CITY, NY – Criminals in New York have descended one step lower into the depths of depravity after a driver intentionally ran over a man simply to rob him. The event, which was caught on camera Saturday morning shows a car run over a man in a crosswalk.
Then, two men existed the car and proceeded to rob the victim as he was laying motionless on the ground. The incident happened in the area of 898 East 169th Street in the Bronx. The 39-Year-Old male was struck. His condition is not known at this time.
After being rushed to the hospital, he was clinging to life in serious critical condition.
“The individuals returned back to the scene and check the victim’s pockets before fleeing to parts unknown,” the NYPD said in a statement.
