Baltimore police investigating abduction of one-year-old foster child

BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the abduction of a child in foster care by his biological mother.

Now, police are asking the public to help find 1-year-old Legend Parham and his mother, Raven Harris, 28.

According to police, on Sunday, Harris abducted Legend from the area of the 500 block of Laurens Street.

“Legend Parham was in the custody of his foster family when Harris took him and fled the location in an unknown sedan. The two haven’t been seen since,” police said in a statement after issuing the missing child alert today.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Raven Harris and Legend Parham is asked to call homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or dial 911.
