Fugitive wanted for shooting in Columbus sought by police

COLUMBUS, OH – Columbus Police are seeking the public’s help in locating Michael Johnson, 32, in connection with a shooting that injured a 21-year-old man in west Columbus on March 11, 2023.

Johnson is charged with felonious assault for the incident, which occurred in the 2600 block of West Broad Street during an altercation. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition but is expected to survive.
