BRONX, NY – On Thursday, at approximately 1:35 pm, an altercation turned violent when an unknown individual slashed a 30-year-old male in front of 9 East Mosholu Parkway North. The incident occurred in the Bronx.
The verbal dispute escalated when the perpetrator revealed an unidentified sharp object and assaulted the victim, leaving him with a slash wound on the left side of his face.
The suspect fled the scene heading east on foot. The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/North Central Bronx and is reported to be in stable condition.
The police department is seeking public assistance to identify the assailant involved in this assault.
