SELBYVILLE, DE – Delaware State Police arrested 47-year-old William McQueeney from Selbyville on charges of drug dealing and illegal firearms possession on Thursday.
Sussex Drug Unit detectives and the Sussex County Governor’s Task Force carried out a search warrant on McQueeney’s Hosier Street residence. McQueeney was taken into custody without incident in his parked car.
The subsequent search of McQueeney’s property and vehicle uncovered over 18 grams of cocaine, about 3.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, nine firearms, ammunition and magazines, over $6,700 in suspected drug dealing proceeds, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
McQueeney has been committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $281,400 cash bond.
