MIDDLETOWN, PA – A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket sold for the Sunday, July 16 drawing matched all five balls drawn – 1, 8, 24, 26, and 37 – resulting in an impressive jackpot of $1,487,890.50, less withholding. As a token of appreciation, Carone’s Market, located at 400 Front St., will receive a well-deserved $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The identity of the lucky winner remains a mystery until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Pennsylvania Lottery winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their main Cash 5 game prize. Similarly, any prizes won on Quick Cash games must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. Those holding a potentially winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket are encouraged to promptly contact the nearest Lottery office for further instructions or call 1-800-692-7481.

Apart from the remarkable jackpot win, more than 30,000 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets achieved various prize levels in the drawing. The Pennsylvania Lottery urges players to check their tickets diligently after each drawing, ensuring no prizes go unclaimed. Lower-tier prizes can be claimed at any authorized Lottery retailer.
