MCKEAN COUNTY, PA – District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced that a warrant has been issued for Robert Allen Tanner of Smethport.
The warrant was issued on Wednesday, following a criminal complaint filed by Trooper Eric Thompson of the Pennsylvania State Police – Lewis Run.
Tanner is charged with multiple sexual offenses against a juvenile, including Rape of a Child and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child.
The charges span from September 26, 2021, to February 23.
