NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an individual connected to a series of forcible touching incidents in Manhattan.
In the 23rd Precinct, on Tuesday, September 12, around 9:30 AM, a 28-year-old female was touched inappropriately near Madison Avenue and East 103rd Street. The suspect also took cellphone photos of her and then ran away.
Two days later, on Thursday, September 14, at noon, another woman, aged 32, faced a similar assault near 3rd Avenue and East 100th Street. The assailant fled the scene post the incident.
On Wednesday, September 20, around 10:00 AM, a 24-year-old woman was inappropriately touched in front of 1746 2nd Avenue. The perpetrator also captured a video of her on his cellphone before escaping on foot.
The suspect is described as a 25-year-old male with a light complexion.
