TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River North seized a decisive 49-7 victory over Southern in the NJSIAA Central Jersey, Group 5 quarterfinal round, effectively defending their home-field advantage.

The match took place on Friday, October 27, at 6:00 p.m. Toms River North, boasting an 8-2 record and a 3-2 tally in the Shore – American division, left no room for doubt as they overwhelmed Southern, who came into the game with a 3-7 record and a 1-4 standing in the Shore – Freedom division.
