TRENTON, NJ – The Jersey Cash 5 Green Ball promotion, launched on November 6, has already created big excitement with its first top prize winner. The Green Ball was drawn in the Wednesday, November 8 drawing, offering all ticket holders a second chance with a new set of numbers.

In this special Green Ball drawing, one fortunate ticket matched all five numbers (14, 16, 21, 37, and 44) to claim the $100,000 jackpot. This winning ticket was purchased at Krauszer’s in Wharton, Morris County. Alongside the jackpot winner, 54 players matched four numbers, winning $559 each, and those with the XTRA add-on won $2,795.

Interestingly, there were no winners in the regular Jersey Cash 5 drawing that night, which now rolls over to a $408,000 jackpot. The regular drawing numbers were 21, 26, 36, 39, and 45, with an XTRA number of 04. Following the Green Ball draw, the machine has been reset with six white balls and one Green Ball for the next round.

New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey congratulated the first Green Ball winner, highlighting the joy and added opportunity this promotion brings to players. The Green Ball promotion continues through December 3, with all Jersey Cash 5 tickets eligible for these additional prizes.
