WEST HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A murder-suicide occurred in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, on Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to a domestic incident on Oak Hollow Drive at around 4 p.m.
Chief Lisa Layden stated that the names of the deceased are being withheld due to the ongoing investigation and confidentiality concerns.
Currently, there is no indication of any external involvement or threat to the public.
