Alleged A Train Pervert Sought by NYPD

NEW YORK CITY, NY — The New York City Police Department has issued a public appeal for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a public lewdness incident. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the 100th Precinct/Transit District 23.

According to the police report, the incident happened on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at around 4:05 p.m. A 19-year-old female victim was on a southbound “A” train approaching the Beach 98th Street subway station when an unidentified individual engaged in an indecent act. The suspect exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of the victim before fleeing the scene. There were no physical injuries reported.

The police urge anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to come forward to assist in the investigation.
