Annapolis Man Arrested for Weapons Offense Following Altercation

ANNAPOLIS, MD – A 24-year-old Annapolis man, Justin Arrlen Rebstock, was arrested on December 3 following an incident involving a handgun altercation. Police were alerted around 1:30 p.m. near Forest Drive and Harker Place by a witness. The witness reported seeing Rebstock engaged in an altercation and then entering the Outback Steakhouse.

Upon detention, officers found Rebstock carrying a concealed fixed-blade knife. Further search revealed a Glock replica BB-gun and an unloaded, non-serialized 9mm privately manufactured handgun in his backpack. Investigations confirmed Rebstock was legally prohibited from possessing handguns. He faces charges aligned with the weapons offense.
