Man Sought in Extreme Public Lewdness Incident on NYC Subway Train

BROOKLYN, NY – The New York Police Department is seeking a man for an incident of public lewdness that occurred on a southbound “Q” train in Brooklyn. The NYPD Crime Stoppers reported the incident, which took place on December 27 at 6:40 PM.

The individual was observed engaging in lewd behavior, with inappropriate exposure, aboard the train. NYPD Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,500 for information leading to the identification of the individual involved.

NYPD investigators say the man exposed his genitals and began pleasuring himself in full view of other passengers.

The public is encouraged to provide any relevant information. NYPD Crime Stoppers assures that all calls will be kept confidential. Anyone with knowledge about the incident or the individual’s identity is urged to contact the authorities at 1-800-577-TIPS.
