The lucky retailer is Mom and Pop Corner at 2137 2nd Avenue in Manhattan.
Powerball, known for its substantial winnings, draws numbers from a pool of one to 69. Additionally, the red Power Ball, a critical component of the winning combination, is drawn from a separate set of numbers between one and 26.
