Columbus Police Apprehend Suspects in Deadly Afternoon Shooting

Columbus, OH – A shooting incident on the 1700 block of Holburn Ave yesterday afternoon, at 4:41 p.m., resulted in one victim’s death, the Columbus Division of Police reports. Officers dispatched to the scene found the victim with a gunshot wound. The injured party was quickly transported to Grant Hospital but was pronounced dead at 5:18 p.m.

Following an investigation, authorities identified and apprehended the suspects involved in this fatal shooting. Each suspect has been taken into custody and is currently held at the Franklin County jail. The Columbus Police Department’s Homicide Unit is conducting a thorough investigation to ascertain the motives behind the shooting and any additional details related to the incident.
