Three Men Found Shot At D.C. Hospitals

WASHINGTON, DC – A late-night shooting in Southeast D.C. has resulted in three men being wounded, prompting an investigation by local authorities.

The incident occurred shortly before 11:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Marion Barry Avenue. The D.C. MPD was alerted to the event after the three injured men presented themselves at area hospitals, where they were reported to be conscious and receiving medical attention.

As of now, details surrounding the motive and the events leading up to the shooting remain unclear, with police yet to provide any suspect descriptions.

The Metropolitan Police Department is urging anyone with information related to the shooting to come forward and contact detectives at (202) 727-9099 or to send a message to the department’s tip line at 50411.
