Yardley Police Say School Closure Leads to Juvenile Disruption Complaints

by Local News Report

Yardley Borough Police Department officers were busy today responding to various reports of juvenile disorderly behavior due to school closure.

Businesses in the area reported instances of juvenile misconduct, including throwing ice at patrons, using water pistols indoors, yelling profanity at store employees, and launching objects at passing vehicles.

In light of the upcoming warm weather season, the YBPD issued a reminder that enforcement actions, including the filing of criminal charges or juvenile allegations, will be taken against unruly juveniles encountered by officers.

Individuals are advised to contact the duty officer at 215.493.2782 for any inquiries or assistance.
