PATTERSON, NY – Authorities are endeavoring to ascertain the identity of human remains discovered in the vicinity of Hudson Valley Road.
The body was found in Putnam County on Tuesday, April 16, in the area of Ice Pond Road in Patterson, as disclosed by Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police on Wednesday.
