WASHINGTON, D.C. – D.C. Metro Police’s Third District detectives are asking for community assistance in locating a suspect linked to a recent robbery in Northwest, D.C.
The incident occurred inside a retail establishment on the 1700 block of Columbia Road early Friday morning at around 4:55 AM. The suspect forcibly took property from the victim and was last seen fleeing the area. Surveillance cameras in the vicinity captured images of the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle.

Authorities urge anyone with information about this crime to refrain from intervening and instead contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or send a tip via text to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
