Armed robber targets Dollar Tree employees in Hanover

HANOVER, MD – Two Dollar Tree employees were confronted at gunpoint late Sunday night as they left the store on Arundel Mills Boulevard, police said.

The robbery happened around 10:30 p.m. on September 28 at the Dollar Tree located at 7651 Arundel Mills Boulevard. Investigators said a Black male suspect approached the employees outside the store, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash.

The victims complied, handing over money from the business. The suspect fled the area before officers arrived. A search of the surrounding area did not locate him.
